Account Executive - Retail Vertical Software - Virtual - 27738029
Our client is the leader in Retail Waste Management Software with a solution that is Forward-Looking and comes with Predictive AI trained to make recommendations about which Products are going to be the Best Seller and Low Sellers.
They utilize VOC (Voice of the Customer), which includes 330M Consumers in a Virtual Market Place, to derive very accurate Consumer Preference Product Forecasts well before Large Investments are made to Make, Ship and Handle products. Also, their AI generates an Optimal Pricing Strategy Utilizing Predictive Demand Elasticity that Reduces Retail Waste!
Position Overview - Our client is looking for a Senior Account Executive with a minimum of (5-10+) years of experience selling Optimal Pricing Strategy Components into the largest Retailers in the US (i.e. Walmart Kohl's, GAP, Columbia, etc.).
- You need to fully understand and have the ability to articulate the Four Elements of Supply Chain Management: Integration, Operation, Purchasing & Distribution.
- Our client's Solution Set is aimed @ Retail Pricing, Merchandising, Decision Intelligence & Supply Chain to reduce Waste!
- Logos: Walmart, Kohl’s, Marks & Spencer, Calares, VF Corp, C&A, PVH, GAP, Wolverine World Wide, H&M, Canadian Tire, Columbia Sportswear, Under Armour, and many, many more!
- You will have (4) BDR's (Business Development Reps) helping you find leads. Average deal size: High 6-figure, low 7-figure.
- Client wants top performers who have the energy, drive & "fire in their belly" to blow away their numbers!

What You Have: - (5-10+) years of successful Selling Experience into the Retail Vertical and have a strong Large Retailer Rolodex!
- (5+) years of Successful Experience selling Retail Waste Management, Retail-focused AI, VOC Data and Retail Supply Chain Software solutions is a MUST!
- Consistent Record of Exceeding Quotas in the $1M neighborhood.
- Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
- Sales experience in the Medium/Large Retail Market (Fortune1000) is a BIG +!
- A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
- Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
- Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a +.
- Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
- College Degree (4 years).
- Currently Employed, No Short Tenures & Retail Domain/Vertical Experience is a MUST.
- Personable, Fun to be Around & Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously!

Base Salary: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 (DOE)
Total Compensation: $270,000.00 - $310,000.00 + (No Cap) + Bonuses + Promotions + Great Benefits Package + Full Expenses
