COMPENSATION RANGE: 1,545.00 - 1,888.00 per credit hour

Position Summary: The Monfort College of Business, a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient, is seeking a highly qualified temporary full or part time instruction. Applicants should have a strong interest in teaching undergraduates in the domains of web development, cybersecurity, and information systems. Other teaching opportunities include project management, networking and data analytics. Non-technical requirements include an enthusiastic commitment to Computer Information Systems/ Software Engineering (CIS/SE) education and teaching excellence; demonstrated ability to publish in relevant journals; willingness to work with high schools, community colleges, and the business community to further the goals of the department, college, and university; and evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred applicants will have completed a Masters or Ph.D. in CIS, CS, MIS, SE or related field at a higher education institution (AACSB or ABET accredited is a plus), or has other appropriate and extensive experience or intellectual contributions related to the primary teaching field. Collegiate teaching experience required. Candidates must be academically qualified and instructionally current to be considered for this position. This position is contingent on funding from the Colorado State Legislature, approval by the Board of Trustees, and subject to the policies and regulations of the University of Northern Colorado.
