Job Summary/Company :

Sparks Group, partnered with a leading healthcare research institute, has an immediate need for a detail-oriented Clinical Trials Revenue Cycle Coordinator II. This coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant billing for clinical trials, collaborating with revenue cycle teams, and managing audits for ongoing clinical trials, while also contributing to internal policy development and staff training. Responsibilities :

• Conduct audits for clinical trial billing accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze billing errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical trial invoicing according to contracts.
• Develop and contribute to internal policies and procedures for clinical trial billing.
• Participate in training and education initiatives for patient care billing compliance.

Qualifications/Background Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, administration, or research (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical research environment.
• Experience in research regulatory compliance, particularly clinical trial billing.
• Proficient in Windows-based software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Effective time management skills.
