We are currently seeking compassionate individuals with a Bachelor's degree in a human services field and relevant experience working with children and families. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus, and individuals interested in pursuing a long-term career in the Behavioral Health and/or Family Systems fields are encouraged to apply.
We offer competitive compensation based on education level:
- Bachelor's Degree: $23 - $27 per hour
- Master's Degree: $28 - $32 per hour

As a Community Support Worker, you will provide Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) to qualifying clients in their homes, schools, and communities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and facilitating team meetings as needed
- Assessment, support, and intervention in crisis situations
- Providing support and coaching in areas such as socialization skills, developmental issues, and daily living skills
- Engaging individuals in achieving treatment goals
- Completing required documentation
- Attending agency meetings and trainings as required
Minimum requirements for this position include:
- Minimum of 21 years old
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university
- One year of relevant experience working with children and families
- Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, training, supervision, and meetings
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to engage in moderate day travel
