We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in the database systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into database systems and spreadsheets.
• Verify and correct data to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
• Strictly follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
• Conduct data cleaning to remove duplicate or outdated information.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry or a similar position.
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and database software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to generate basic reports and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
