Key Responsibilities

• Support the Social Media Manager in implementing social media strategies and campaigns
• Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments
• Assist in the development of social media analytics reports and provide insights for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize social media assets

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
