Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and execution of our company's social media presence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content on various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Monitor and engage with our online audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct market research to identify social media trends and competitor strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns
• Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Generate reports on social media performance and present findings to the marketing team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools is a plus
