Job Title: Executive Recruiter (Agency backgrounds only, please)

Location: Remote with preference for candidates in Arizona

Compensation: Uncapped commission

At The Kostelic Agency (TKA), we opened our virtual doors in October 2022 and have been non-stop busy ever since. Our clients span from smaller organizations with $50M in revenue, pre-IPO companies, through publicly-traded ones. We're a nationwide boutique search firm where our clients aren't just a number we toss resumes at; they're our biggest asset.

Our team is currently small but mighty, and we're looking for hungry and experienced recruiters to join us!

Qualifications/ Skills Required:

• At least 2+ years in agency recruiting, either candidate or client-facing. Preference for someone who wants to run a full desk.
• Preference for recruiters with accounting, finance, tax, audit, &/or treasury experience.
• Hunger! We've found that the money-hungry people make the best recruiters.
