Title: HR Generalist Type: Temporary Position through March 2025, with the potential for an extension Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (Temporary) to join our team, focusing on administrative HR tasks, recruiting, and training using the iSolved platform. This position will play a critical role in supporting HR functions, particularly in recruiting for manufacturing roles, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support:
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing new hire paperwork, and coordinating start dates.
- Assist with maintaining compliance and confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Recruiting:
- Recruit for manufacturing positions, including both direct hire and temp-to-hire roles, through agency partnerships.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained.
- Training & Onboarding:
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes using the iSolved platform.
- Ensure all new employees complete required training and paperwork prior to their start date.
- Schedule and conduct safety tours as part of the onboarding process.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Work closely with the safety department to schedule safety tours and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure that all employees complete required safety and compliance documentation.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for manufacturing or industrial positions.
- Proficiency in Excel , Outlook , and general computer skills.
- Experience with HR platforms such as iSolved or similar HR systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with different departments and external staffing agencies.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Associate's degree or its equivalent with 1-3 years of recruiting or human resource related experience required. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, and benefits within the past 5 years. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands to operate a computer and telephone. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
