How You Will Make an Impact: Our company is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Event Manager to plan and execute various marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and experience managing marketing events from conception to execution.
What Winning Looks Like: - Develop and execute marketing event plans, including budgeting, timelines, vendor management, and event logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing events.
- Manage event attendees and registration, including pre-event communications and post-event follow-up.
- Work with the Marketing Creative department to create event collateral such as invitations, email marketing, promotional materials, and signage.
- Identify and secure event sponsorships, partnerships, and exhibitors.
- Measure and report on event performance and return on investment.
- Stay current with event trends and recommend improvements to increase engagement and impact.
Skills Needed to Win: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management or marketing.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale events.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel for events as required.
