Job Description

Wind Crest is a beautiful 84-acre continuing care retirement community located in Highlands Ranch, just 15 minutes southwest of Denver, Colorado. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing. 

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment, employee relations, and administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding, handling I-9s, and verifying licenses/certifications.

Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 a year

How you will make an impact:

  • Facilitates on-boarding process with all candidates. Schedules and administers new hire paperwork and processing with new hires, communicating with the new hire's throughout the process to ensure quality onboarding. Ensures new hire paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • Fields questions regarding employment at the community
  • Dispositions candidates in the applicant tracking system to ensure current activity is reflected.
  • Conducts and documents reference checks and background screening on all prospective hires. Reviews results and any concerns with the human resources manager/director.
  • Hires employees through HRIS
  • Schedules new employees and confirm new employee orientation workshop; provides reminders.
  • Inputs information into HRIS and maintains employee electronic files.
  • Orders office supplies for the department
  • Works closely with corporate departments – benefits, HRMS, and payroll
  • Completes community audits
  • Coordinates community program logistics (including New Employee Orientation, All Staff).
  • Assists HR Manager/ Director with investigations.
  • Facilitates Tuition Assistance, Worker’s Compensation, and Leaves of Absence management.
  • Handles lower-level employee relations issues
  • Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also exhibiting strong self-motivation and organization

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or HR experience is preferred
  • I9 experience required
  • Workday and CAPS experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
