**Responsibilities**
* Hire, train, and motivate the sales and finance teams.
* Plan and implement procedures to ensure optimal CSI performance.
* Meet or exceed forecasted dealership and OEM objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses.
* Coordinate marketing efforts to increase showroom traffic.
* Manage new and pre-owned inventory to keep costs in line and the optimal number of vehicles available for sale.
* Work with the management team to maintain optimum efficiency and profitability for the dealership group.
**Qualifications**
* (5) Years Minimum Automotive Sales Experience--Hyundai certification a plus
* Extensive dealership management experience.
* Knowledge of DealerTrack and ProMax systems a plus
* Proven track record of success in CSI, market share, volume, and profit.
* Ability to identify and develop new talent.
* Understanding of CRM best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of sales process.
* Knowledge of marketing modalities and ability to implement them effectively.
